The remake of the Messenger chat plugin released today not requires users to use their Facebook accounts.

Facebook claims that in the testing of the updated plugin, the redesigned look of the plugin had resulted during a 45% rise in consumer chats with businesses. Although this plugin has the advantage of being tied to the world’s largest social media network,
the tool remains facing several chat software competitors like Live Chat, Zoho, HubSpot, and more. Now, businesses can either prefer to install the updated chat plugin themselves, or they will also work with partners like ManyChat, WooCommerce, and Haravan to possess the Messenger chat plugin installed.
